Many curricula are built almost entirely around word frequency. At Parolu, frequency is an important signal, but not the backbone of the course. We also consider the needs of each language skill, teachability, useful sentence patterns, and how material interacts across the curriculum.

Parolu handles capitalization, punctuation, harmless separators, safe spelling tolerance, and selected diacritic or transliteration differences locally.
AI evaluates synonyms and alternative answers in context
When simple rules are not enough, AI-assisted verification evaluates contextual alternatives, synonyms, grammatical-form errors, and semantically close answers.

A close answer can receive a precise explanation and still ask the learner to correct the form before moving on.
